saturnmorning Report post Posted June 2, 2015 Ladies and Germs, I'm learning to use this new machine.... it's great so far. It's a "Cobra 18" or a Mitsubishi or a Wheeler or Techsew or Something Else. Hard to say. The pedigree is murky. Glad to be here though. Please see video. Northmount Report post Posted June 2, 2015 There may not be manual oil holes in all the locations where it needs to be oiled. Take a look at this thread and it may help explain some of the issues. When the machine is not in use, place a wadded up piece of paper towel under the presser foot to pickup oil that drips down from that area. It will help you get started with less oil on the parts that contact the leather. I wipe the oil off the exposed needle bar and presser feet shafts (and feet) too before I start. Constabulary Report post Posted June 3, 2015 Maybe there is something wrong with the "oil piles" coming from the pump and the oil is spilling somewhere - don´t know. I´d contact Leather Machine Co since they are Cobra dealers http://www.leathermachineco.com/
