Members awharness Posted September 2, 2015 Members Report Posted September 2, 2015 (edited) Hey I've been wondering/looking at stitching, comparing, analyzing, collecting, investing in presser feet and modifying presser feet for my 441 machines in my shop for some time! After sewing horse harness and comparing stitches it seems as though what's sewn on a Randall with pricker feet is slightly cleaner looking. 1) has anyone made pricker feet for the 441? 2) how about that throat plate that's slanted slightly to move the bottom stitch further away from the edge? Attached is a picture of a show harness I made -Andew Edited September 2, 2015 by awharness Quote

Moderator Wizcrafts Posted September 3, 2015 Moderator Report Posted September 3, 2015 You could have bought those feet for the Union Lockstitch machine you traded to me a few years ago. My previous ULS had these "stepper" feet in spi ranging from 9 through 5. Aside from the ULS and Campbell LS, there are no other machines in production that I know of that have these feet readily available. Ditto for the slanted French Edge throat plates. If you find a machine shop that is willing to make these stepper feet and slanted throat plates, post contact info here. I would definitely buy some. Quote
