4knights Report post Posted September 9, 2015 Howdy folks, I'm sure some of you have done this or come across it in the past. I have a client who wants me to make a few knife sheaths with the flesh side out to get it a rough look. My only problem is I'm worried about it fading with sun and rain exposure. So, how would I go about protecting it? Would I apply a few coats of leather sheen or gum trag or resolene? Or do I just leave it as is? Any info would be appreciated.
