Thinning Wyosheen

Recommended Posts

First time using Wyosheen as a finish and was curious what ratio of finish to thinner others have had success with. I do understand a lot of this is personal preference but just looking for a good starting point to experiment with.

Thanks!

I use Wyosheen and have never had a reason to thin it. But I'm applying it by rubbing it on with a piece of wool. If you are trying to airbrush it on that might be a different story.

Thank you! Hand rubbing so that's good to know.

I apply it the same way Bob does, but if you ever do have an occasion to need to thin some, common hardware store Lacquer Thinner will get the job done, and the ratio is whatever pleases you.
