Members Striker1 Posted December 11, 2008 Members Report Posted December 11, 2008 I recently priced sewing machines for leather and they are completely out of my price range. Are there any standard machines that will do an acceptable job on purses and other, thicker leathers? Holsters and the like? thanks. Democracy has got to be the dumbest way to run a Government. When I think of something better, I'll let you know.

Members Dwight Posted December 14, 2008 Members Report Posted December 14, 2008 I have a Tippmann Boss that has serviced me very well in the work I have done on it. Touchy? Yes, . . . Sometimes obstinate? Yes, . . . Trade it? Probably, . . . but it would only be if I could do a whole big bunch better. There was one on Ebay a few days ago, . . . looked like it would go for less than a thousand, . . . at that price it would have been a pretty good deal. May God bless, Dwight If you can breathe, . . . thank God. If you can read, . . . thank a teacher. If you are reading this in English, . . . thank a veteran. www.dwightsgunleather.com
