Hand Sewn Rucksack. Embossed Horween Brandy Dublin.

Recommended Posts

Hands sewn rucksack out of Embossed Horween Brandy Dublin. I'm bad at documenting but i did take a few photos along the way. The customer had very specific request like the handle on the side and the pocket on the lower back for concealed carry. Was my first crack at a rucksack and lots of fun to make.

Excellent work and I really like the choice of leather.

Can I ask why is there a pull string closure? Seems sort of out of place on that kind or bag?

Great bag, I have never used horsehide before. Could you share a few ways on how this would differ from using veg tan. Cheers

Great looking bag. Did you make the pattern from scratch or modify an existing one? I really want to get into bags and such but don't know how to make patterns
