Colt W Knight Report post Posted April 23, 2016 What do you mean by 2 piece guitar strap? There are a lot of styles of guitar straps, and you don't have to follow any pattern. You can make them however you would like. Generally speaking, the average guitar strap is 48" from center button hole to center button hole, and taller straps are ~52-56". If you know your brother's guitar strap size, you don't need to make it adjustable. If you want some wiggle room you can add some adjustments. Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
