Some folks don't like a lot of contour (boning) in the outside to show, but there should be some tension to it. With a 5" barrel, I mean,... probly not doing handstands with it -- a little tension likely do it. I have sold one of your Avenger style holster's, I think maybe to a collector, theatre or such like, because we are not allowed to carry guns in the UK. Oh, one thing I meant to mention: when you mark the position of the 'panel' on the front piece, I like to mark the STITCH line, not the outside edge. Use the witness marks (at the top) to align it, use the stitch lines for where to put the glue, and don't mark the outside at all. On this one, the line is visible in the undyed version. dougb Report post Posted November 14, 2016 I made one of these for my Ruger Commander. Very comfortable carry holster. Getting to where I don't even think about the carry gun being there.
