 Went online and searched under various quarries and was unable to find any weather belt blank that was ready to tool for stain and perhaps put some holes in for the size adjustment  But that was what I was looking for and was unable to find it, all I did find is cheap leather a low-quality or a product that simply didn't mention the weight at all.

  So to be clear, I'm looking for a full grain natural cowhide belt blank  that is 44" long and 1 1/2 inches wide   This will be my first belt  or leather project so I would like to start out with a blank that has the tongue cut out as well as the snaps put on and probably will buy a couple of straps or collars that hold the belt in place, just to make it as easy as possible  To just focus on a few skills to develop for my first couple of belts. I would like the leather to be veg tanned leather

thank you all in advance

Good luck finding 44 but here is a link to Tandy that has pre slotted and snapped blanks up to 42;

https://www.tandyleather.com/en/product/natural-cowhide-leather-belt-blanks?sSearch=natural cowhide leather belt blanks

or craftsman which perhaps mean better leather up to 40

https://www.tandyleather.com/en/product/craftsman-belt-blanks?sSearch=craftsman belt blanks

look forward to seeing what you come up with. Have fun with your project.

Have you taken a look at Springfield Leather? We are always looking for ways we can help.

Yes, I did look, and could not find what I was looking for.
