Hey everyone, my name is Mike and I recently decided that leather working was a hobby that I wanted to try.  I really enjoy it and still have a lot to learn.  Here are a few of my first projects.  Feel free to critique them if you want.  Thanks

Welcome to the forum.  Looks like you are off to a GREAT start.  I think a second coat of dye would have helped to smooth out the blotching a bit.  Keep in mind that you can always thin your dye, but usually more than one coat is required.

Thank you for the advice.  I wanted to do a second coat but everyone that saw it just loved the"worn/antique" look.  Haha, little did they know it was just poor dye application.
