It Just Started As A Hobby

Hello all, been lurking a bit on this forum and thought I would join up. I have had all sorts of hobbies in my time. They have covered the gambit.

It all started with leather after my son took up guitar playing. As it progressed a strap was needed. Of course I went for the cheapest stuff at first. After spending time looking at straps the leather ones sure were nice, so it began. I wondered to myself if I could make one. Just one, lol. Well I did, it didn't turn out bad, but you can imagine there had to be the learning experience in there somewhere. So I made another one, then another. Pretty soon some folks started to take notice and asked if I would make them one. Before I know it without trying I am up to #35 under my belt. 

This was just supposed to be a hobby, I am keeping my day job for now.

Look forward to learning and maybe lending my advice from time to time.
