Help with a supplier

We have a small home based leather shop that has shown big growth in the last year, and have a problem. We have used Tandy leather from day one, out of Lubbock, and had good service and even special deals; Until now. Our last few large orders have been so messed up that we are going to miss the deadline on a belt order, I have reached the end of my rope.Anyone have any recommendations on a good reliable, one stop supplier, who is willing to pass a deal or two on to a very steady customer. Thanks....For example we just bought a side of 9-10 that they sell us for $140 about 3 weeks ago, unrolled it tonight, and found a double shoulder: the order before last, after waiting almost 2 weeks called they....they had forgot to ship the order.

Well surprised that you stayed with them this long. 

Any number of places, if you order enough and have a business license I guess you could do weaver. 

IMHO order direct from the tannery, wickett and craig for no minimums, hermann oak if you can float it. Other then that goliger leather, the hide house, maverick leather.

why not working directly with the tanner?

beats up ANY suppliers

shifted to Wickett & Craig and happy enough to work with them even ordering 1-2 sides

are you interested in someone, who can join your team, bring/reach valuable results, dozen ideas, will and capacity to expand on a supplier level as well etc ?
