We have used Tandy leather from day one, out of Lubbock, and had good service and even special deals; Until now. Our last few large orders have been so messed up that we are going to miss the deadline on a belt order, I have reached the end of my rope.Anyone have any recommendations on a good reliable, one stop supplier, who is willing to pass a deal or two on to a very steady customer. Thanks....For example we just bought a side of 9-10 that they sell us for $140 about 3 weeks ago, unrolled it tonight, and found a double shoulder: the order before last, after waiting almost 2 weeks called they....they had forgot to ship the order. bikermutt07 Report post Posted March 17, 2017 Hide house, Maverick, Wicket & Craig, Weaver, almost anyone will have better leather, pricing, and service than Tandy. Tandy is geared towards newcomers. Well here is the latest update, spoke with the manager of the Tandy store we have delt with ( Lubbock) and, he is sending the correct leather next day at no cost to us. He was very helpful and, in the end did us right. Guess I will give them another shot, we will now be dealing with him personally. Our back up has always been Springfield Leather and, they have always been Super. THANKS everyone for the input. rickdroid Report post Posted March 19, 2017 You might check out S&D Trading Company in Lubbock. Decent stock and the owner always seems eager to please his customers. I have never had a problem with them but I always pick out what I want and take it with me when i leave. They are located at 4310 34th st. 806-795-6062.
