bikermutt07 Posted June 3, 2017 Report Posted June 3, 2017 Cool. Quote I'm not paying 80 bucks for a belt!!! It's a strip of leather. How hard could it be? 4 years and 3 grand later.... I have a belt I can finally live with. Stitching is like gravy, it's only great if you make it every day. From Texas but in Bossier City, Louisiana.
Members Mattsbagger Posted June 3, 2017 Members Report Posted June 3, 2017 Likeing it. Paint, stain, antique and finishing are all a art form in itself. The coaster from tandy are a cheap way to practice tooling stamping and finishes. And if they turn out ya got gifts for people.lol Quote
Members Valarie Posted June 3, 2017 Author Members Report Posted June 3, 2017 Thank you! I had a bunch of key chain blanks that I started out on. Needless to say, very few "turned out"! Haha! I have been blessed to have people donate leather scraps and leftover project material, and I buy remnants from Tandy to practice on. Quote
Members Clintock Posted June 3, 2017 Members Report Posted June 3, 2017 Welcome aboard. I may be asking for a copy of that quiver pattern to use while I'm shooting my bow. Nice looking work. Quote
