Members tearghost Posted June 29, 2017 Members Report Posted June 29, 2017 Hello I am need of some help, I have been asked if I can make a vest for a client and he asked for a motorcycle style vest. I am wondering if anyone has a pattern for this or does anyone know of a pattern that is really good?. Thank you in advance for any help and your time. Quote
Rockoboy Posted June 29, 2017 Report Posted June 29, 2017 Maybe try a sewing store for a cloth pattern as used by home-sewing folks. Moderator Wizcrafts Posted June 29, 2017 Moderator Report Posted June 29, 2017 Tandy Leather has pattern packs for leather vests. I've had mine for several decades. What it didn't show was how to fit and install a satin lining, which is necessary to prevent the flesh side from getting on your shirts. Any seamstress can show you how to add a lining, including one with inside pockets.
