Could someone be so kind to help source these alligator clasps?

Recommended Posts

I was tasked with making a friend a working lead for a K9. They had shown up and specifically asked for this exact type of clasp. I suspect it was locking once upon a time, but no longer does so. A source for any hardware finish...brass, stainless steel etc would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance.

Little late, but would a panic snap work? It's not exactly that one but it's the same concept more or less.

Thanks for reaching out. I actually found the clasp deep in the bowels of weaver's site. My great search actually got me to find some rather unique quick release systems for dog leashes.

I'll have to see if I can find them myself now. Like a form of challenge. Did you get started on the leash yet?

Walsall Hardware carries them to and can be a lot easier to order from than Weavers. Page 12 - #215 Loc-Jaw snaps - here is a link - https://www.dropbox.com/s/gbib4um3opg1pho/Walsall Hardware Bulk.pdf?dl=0

Not yet. My current order queue has me swamped. Even though I can probably get one done in about 15-20 mins I feel like im cheating on my customers. :)

Do you still need the clips?  I have two I'm not going to use.
