Tool for Chicago screws & Buckle slot

Is there a single tool to punch the Chicago screw holes & the Buckle slot in a Belt.

Also on the belt tip, is there a machine that rounds the tip?

For the holes and slot there are some open ended clicker dies. For the ends, Osborne and others make end cutters in half round (sort of) and English points.

Weaver could probably make a mallet or clicker die that will punch the screw holes and the belt slot simultaneously.
