JLSleather Report post Posted July 15, 2017 Anybody wanna share where you're getting this? I got some from Roje, no complaints. And I bought some from another guy.. but didn't care for it. I don't know enough about every species of shark, or the myriad of ways it's tanned, to claim that wasn't shark, but I returned it (they guy was decent about taking the return, so I didn't begrudge being out the shipping charges). Have you not ordered at Roje? I still have some black from there, if you care to swap a piece to compare? This is about 4 1/2 - 5 oz thick. The stuff I returned from a different supplier was about 2 1/2 oz (not the reason I returned it). Not mentioning that guy, since I can't really say the product was substandard, just that i personally didn't care for it.
