I made this one as a kind of "calling card", then discovered that when the bottom of the glass gets wet...it causes the coaster to get picked up with the coaster! So every other one I've made had some texture on the whole surface.

Gotta love unexpected results!

Yin, great job on the figure carving sir. I have one small suggestion...the beveling on the horns where they meet the skull looks a little heavy to me. It gives the appearance that the horns are almost to the point of falling off. Just my opinion for what it's worth. Keep up the good work Yin! :)

So much leather...so little time.

 Yea I tend to like a thicker coaster I thing I might get a piece of 14/15 oz leather for tooling purposes

I agree.  Couldn't undo it at the time tho.  :no:  Haven't had a chance for version 2 either!  And thanks for the compliment.
