Wedgetail Report post Posted October 13, 2017 It's a double fixed prong buckle... I can't find one like it, though can find plenty of single fixed prong buckles. Wedgetail Report post Posted October 13, 2017 (edited) Also, looking at other fixed prong buckles, those prongs are likely to have a bend to them so that when they are inserted they don't pull out under tension.
