kncorey Report post Posted September 5, 2017 (edited) Finished this up on the weekend. Tasman Crazy Horse hide, hand stitched with #207 bonded poly thread , 5 spi. I will definitely do another with some slight tweaks. Edited September 5, 2017 by kncorey
gigi Report post Posted September 5, 2017 Very well done, nice design! I like how the gusset is attached to the bag, also the decorative buckles idea.

plinkercases Report post Posted September 6, 2017 Nice and clean design well done. I also noticed the return on the gusset and that's a nice touch.

plinkercases Report post Posted September 7, 2017 (edited) the way the gusset is attached is that there is a strip sewn to the front and back panels which points inwards - then the gusset is attached to this strip and returns outwards - creates a neat "depth" to them to my eye Edited September 7, 2017 by plinkercases

That is a nice touch. I had noticed the look, but was blind to how it was achieved. Very nice detail. Thanks for explaining Plinkercases. Great job Kncorey. RemingtonSteel Report post Posted September 11, 2017 Great Job, Love the look and the leather. Do we even want to know how many hours you have in just the hand stitching alone?
