Thank you for posting this! I made that pancake a while back for my first project and it's drove me nuts trying to get it to sit where I want it. Now I know why!!! I am a 34 waist (at the belt and perhaps 38 just above it!!) but Rick is much bigger and he says it helps too so... worth a try. good luck with the next one.
