matthewb137 Report post Posted September 14, 2017 So, I'm currently on the hunt for Glow-in-the-Dark Thread. I'd like for it to be 0.8mm or 1.0mm. I know about SewGlow but that's out of the question. I called them today to see when it's supposed to be back in stock and was told that more than likely it would never be back in stock due to the sales and cost to manufacture. johnv474 Report post Posted October 6, 2017 (edited) Check your nearest army-navy surplus store for nano cord. Imagine paracord in tiny diameters, 1.2mm and 0.75mm. I bought a spool of it for about $6. It's braided polyester that I thought could compete with Tiger thread. It doesn''t really, but it is thin enough to sew with and is available in many colors including glow-in-the-dark. It is made by Atwood Rope Mfg.
