CowboyBob Report post Posted December 6, 2017 Do not tighten the screw,also don't oil this area where the grooves are.The piece w/a screw in it is supposed to grip the shaft when the plunger pushes the arm up.So put the spring on top of the arm & if there's no oil on the shafy iy should pinch the shaft & lift the foot when it's supposed to,if not then tighten the screw just a little until it grips & lifts the shaft.
