Members Darren Brosowski Posted January 3, 2018 Members Report Posted January 3, 2018 Sorry, I have to take a picture. I sell them for $AU20 + postage Quote
Members SheltathaLore Posted January 3, 2018 Author Members Report Posted January 3, 2018 Neat, thanks! Once I see the pic I'll let you know if I'm interested. Quote
Members SheltathaLore Posted January 3, 2018 Author Members Report Posted January 3, 2018 I decided to snag one of these off ebay and see if I could rig something up (will probably need to make a bracket) - probably simpler than disassembling one of the fancy flip-up versions. https://www.ebay.com/itm/292097952599 We'll see how it goes! I don`t think they will properly work as they need a bracket that holds the foot in place. I think you cannot tighten the foot screw enough to hold them in place on your machine since you don´t have the bracket on the needle bar. I can post pictures later. EDIT: Okay - did not read so you already know you need a bracket Anyway, I´ll post pictures later. Members SheltathaLore Posted January 4, 2018 Author Members Report Posted January 4, 2018 What type of machine does your foot ordinarily fit on, out of curiosity? Quote
Members Constabulary Posted January 4, 2018 Members Report Posted January 4, 2018 Could be any type of Pfaff flat bed, post bed or cylinder arm machine - I once bought it as used spare part because I though it could be useful one day. Members SheltathaLore Posted January 4, 2018 Author Members Report Posted January 4, 2018 Let me see if I can get this one working; if I can't, I'll PM you to snag yours. Quote
Members Darren Brosowski Posted January 4, 2018 Members Report Posted January 4, 2018 Pictures as promised!! The first type is a foot with rollers rather than a roller foot. Second type is similar to what Constabulary showed but has a mounting bracket. To use this you need to rotate the presser bar 90 degrees Quote

It's not something I've ever considered doing before...) Quote
