Members Fire88 Posted February 23, 2018 Members Report Posted February 23, 2018 Went from seeing a picture through 3patterns 1 prototype to this. Made from 8/9oz leather sewn with 207 white thread which I thick makes it pop. Quote
Members plinkercases Posted February 23, 2018 Members Report Posted February 23, 2018 Certainly sturdy. I like that finish. What is it? bikermutt07 Posted February 23, 2018 Report Posted February 23, 2018 Great job, Fire. Quote I'm not paying 80 bucks for a belt!!! It's a strip of leather. How hard could it be? 4 years and 3 grand later.... I have a belt I can finally live with. Stitching is like gravy, it's only great if you make it every day. From Texas but in Bossier City, Louisiana.

I got some 5/6 laying around and it seemed too light, I’ll make another just cause before this one ever falls apart. The outside dye is chocolate a couple coats cause I dilute it, basketweave is one light coat of diluted chocolate with dark brown antique, bag-kote as the resist and final finish. 30 minutes ago, bikermutt07 said: Great job, Fire.
