Hey Blue - really nice job on this holster (for one of my favorite handguns - Colt SAA!)

please provide details on type of leather, finish, thread size, etc.

And nice job on the stamping!

7oz HO for the outer and the liner, dyed in multiple coats of red and brown fiebings dyes applied by spraying, top coated with tankote, sticker with 277 bonded nylon thread on a CB4500 at 5 SPI

The stamping is amazing and I love the color. My second reaction though after going wow look at that stamping was I felt the loops were a little low. So I looked and you have a second hump under the trigger guard. Was there something on the gun that necessitated the additional bump out?

The loops are a bit low it was going to be floral carved and I wanted to show that off but I changed my mind on that, the bump was just the way I drew the pattern, nothing special under there.
