Just found a cheap Singer 44-90. It was so interesting I could not pass.

Where can I find bobbins for this machine? Does it use the same kind as a 31-15?

I may be out to lunch, but this does look like a domestic machine. It should be using regular size bobbins, which can be sourced anywhere Google returns: ebay, ali express, amazon etc. Are you sure those are different size bobbins than the rest of household machines?

Here is another topic about the Singer 44-90, from a year ago. It is a glove sewing machine with top and bottom feed. If the bobbins are the same as the 31-15, just buy Class 15 bobbins at Joann Fabrics or Wally World.

This is NOT a domestic sewing machine.

Thus, it should accept the same bobbin cases, with a positioning tab on top. Correct?
