Eagle walking foot info needed

Can anyone tell me about this machine,  it’s capabilities and possibly a good price. I am told it’s an older machine, but don’t have a model number yet or type and size of motor. Any help is appreciated.

Eagle brand machine sold by Hoffman Bros. made in Taiwan.  The quality of the machine is good.
