My nephew is wanting to make a belt and I have one of these buckles he likes. I have no instructions for a belt blank. I'm sure it's simple but if anyone has the info please let me know. Thanks

If you have the front piece use contact cement to glue them to the buckle. The holes look like they are for lacing. I use the pieces as patterns and cut my own leather. Then hand stitch them I don’t lace. Is that what you mean?

To cover the bases as it were; the belt strap just folds around that bar and the hook just hooks into the holes on the other end of the belt

Thanks Fred:thumbsup:, I assumed it was this simple but just wanted to be assured. Time to move ahead on this project.

Thanks Mattsbagger, I was able to find info on the applying of the leather to the buckle but didn't know specifics on the belt part. I've not used one of these before.
