Help wanted is like classified ads in the newspaper where someone is advertising to hire employees. But basically on the back side you use ribbon or tyvek to make the pockets. If I can find it I will post here. Makers Leather Supply has a few videos on YouTube on how to do it also. here is a video to give you an idea.
