Big Sioux Saddlery Report post Posted January 6, 2019 The scalloped edge is created by use of a pinking punch. They come in a variety of sizes and I've seen them with both pointed and rounded scallops. They are like a half round punch, only scalloped. Bruce Johnson may have some for sale on his tool site.
