Surrylda Report post Posted March 17, 2019 Hi there! I'm hoping to install this swing down edge guide: Sewing Machine Suspended Hanging Edge Guide Ruler for Industrial GB-6 Model (US Stock) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07CHDR7NB/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_HKzJCbJEZVTZ4 I'd also purchased this adapter for the install: KUNPENG -1set #KB-205 Adapter Bracket for Durkopp Adler 205-370, 204-370, Cobra 4 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B078HBGZ82/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_aMzJCb96709BJ I watched Uwe's videos on both the Adler 205 install and the Cowboy 4500, but I'm not seeing where I can safely drill into my specific machine. I do see where another user said they've done it but the pictures are too dark to see where they drilled. I'm hoping someone on here can help guide as I'm hesitant to drill into the wrong area & wreck my machine. Thanks all!

Maybe I'll retrofit it! 3 hours ago, CowboyBob said: Yes,your right there isn't enough metal there to be able to drill the holes you need to mount it. I was afraid of that. Thank you for the feedback.
