Members plinkercases Posted May 25, 2019 Members Report Posted May 25, 2019 I haven't had time for anything to involved but took a rainy Saturday afternoon to repair a friend's beloved show halter. Bar was broken and ring missing. So... split it open at the lap and installed new hardware, glued, stitched then a go with saddle soap and conditioner... turned out well for a few hours of me time. Members Sagadella Posted May 25, 2019 Members Report Posted May 25, 2019 That looks like a much better repair than original design! Very clean too! Quote
Members plinkercases Posted May 25, 2019 Author Members Report Posted May 25, 2019 Thanks all. I find a real satisfaction in repairing folks' favourite tack... such personal and emotionally connected equipment and shame that a slight damage often means replacement.
