kodadd Report post Posted June 18, 2019 (edited) IMG_7219.HEICIMG_2155.HEIC Picked this up yesterday it has a 3 ph 220 motor so need to swap that out, down loaded the manual, questions what do I need to buy any other accessories more feet? question I need a new servo motor that's 110v any suggestions where I should get one and what to do with the old 220 3 ph motor? it works great would someone want it? mikesc Report post Posted June 19, 2019 Someone who has one with ( or which had "air reverse" ) would know better than I..I'd guess ( and it really is a guess ) that you ought to be able to remove the air system and use it as "push down on the reverse lever bar at the front of the machine for reverse" fairly easy..But..we can't see the back of the machine, to see what the "air reverse" system entails.. Pics of the back of the machine, and of the back of "under the table" would help.. Air systems are noisy ( as are the compressors, unless you spend a great deal of money for a silent one big enough to run that )..and are only normally used in high volume fast sewing situations..like factories. DrmCa Report post Posted June 19, 2019 If your old 220V motor is a clutch motor, it is boat anchor. You could get a few bucks for it at a scrap yard, or wait for years on Craigs list for anyone to buy it for 20-40 bucks. But if it is a servo, get an inverter and stick to it, as it would be miles ahead of any 110V servo. I guess it should be a servo motor as you have a pneumatic cylinder sticking out from the back of the machine. Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
