New member from NC

Hello!  I'm a new member here and hail from Raleigh, NC.

Lookin forward to contributing and learning from you gentlemen.

I retired from Duke Energy and picked up a knife making hobby that I've been thinking about and wanting to do for a long time.  Now that I'm retired I have pursued that interest.  Making the sheaths was a natural progression from the knife making.  Somehow it just didn't seem right (for me anyway) not to make the sheath to go with the knife.  It didn't take long for me to find out I enjoyed making sheaths but the hand stitching not so much.

Welcome! The Wife and I get down that way every so often- good to know another knifemaker as well! Stock removal or are you a forge out then grind fellow?
