Letter stamps jig?

Recommended Posts

Hey brothers and sisters .I have a question.I have the generic small letter stamps you get from Michael's or hobby lobby.

I was looking for a holder or something to put multiple letters into so I can have the spacing good and have words come out straight and not jagged lol

I was looking on Etsy but they are really pricey.

Had anyone created a simple jig for this and if so would you mind helping me?!

G'Day, I normally align them by sight  with a ruler and some planning, but this may help.

I also have this jig. Its made of 4 pieces of 3mm thick clear acrylic. Three bolts are not full tightened, the one on top right is a wing nut, or butterfly nut. Loosen that to pull the four pieces of acrylic to the size of the letter stamps - in the picture they are 1/2 inch size. Tighten the wingnut and its all solid.
