Members TaylorM Posted February 10, 2020 Members Report Posted February 10, 2020 Title is the question. I see the specs - mostly 3/8” vs 1/2 ” thickness, and the cylinder arm is smaller? But is there really much else different? If I am doing wallets, and potentially bags, does the difference of the two even matter? I’m leaning towards a TechSew 2750 or cobra class 26 but someone is selling a used 2600 for a really good price. I don’t want to settle though if it’s not going to suit my needs. Let me know what you think. Quote
RockyAussie Posted February 10, 2020 Report Posted February 10, 2020 Starting off wise I would go with the 2600 but for the bags eventually the 2750 will be better sometimes but not so much for wallets. If you check my web page you will see a lot of tote bags and such and most of these have been accomplished on a small cylinder arm machine. Quote
Members Gunnarsson Posted February 12, 2020 Members Report Posted February 12, 2020 If it's sold at a "really good price" it sounds like you should be able to get the money back and possibly even some profit on top, if you find it can't do what you need and want to upgrade. Quote
