Members bustedlifter Posted September 15, 2007 Author Members Report Posted September 15, 2007 Thanks! I make my own pans from 16ga. with a 3/16" x 1" rib for added strength then powdercoat them black. I don't care for flat pans, I like the old style Bates seats so I put more curves and contours in them. I also roll the edge some so it's somewhat tolerable even if there's no padding. The color is Tandy's Leather Glow to highlight the tooling then some Feibing's 4 way conditioner( because that's all they had at Hobby Lobby), a few hours in the sun for a little color and finally a coat of Feibing's Aussie leather conditioner. Yes, I did grow up in the '60's- early 70's, although I don't feel grownup. Quote
