Hasbeencowboy Report post Posted September 1, 2020 There used to be a place in New England somewhere that had or could get parts for a Landis 30. Does any one happen to have that name and phone number? Specifically I am looking for a blade or the dimensions so I can have one made. Mine has been ground so many times that I can't get it up to the rolls. Thank you kindly.
YinTx Report post Posted September 1, 2020 (edited) Was it Pilgrim's Shoe and Machine? I think it's been sold though, to Shoe Systems Plus or so I'd read somewhere. Paul Zalesak of Leather Wrangler's makes and sells blades, they are going to cost you a shiny copper though. YinTx edit: just went to the site, looks like mostly bench splitter blades, didn't see a Landis blade. Maybe he'd make one? machinehead Report post Posted September 4, 2020 Was the Pilgrim inventory acquired by USM Americas in Quebec?
YinTx Report post Posted September 4, 2020 Not sure. I've sent them an email to see if they have a blade. YinTx
