I have ordered parts for my211G 166 at singeronline and I have never received my product.. on further checking into it there has been numerous claim against this company...was wondering if any of you out there has a safe company I can order from...

I guess that depends on where in the World you are located! You don't have that info in your profile.

I get sewing machine parts from various wholesalers and industrial sewing machine dealers. If there is a dealer anywhere near you, look them up and call, email, or live chat them.

I see from your IP address your are in Ontario Canada.  You can try  https://www.sewingpartsonline.com/ located in Tennessee.  Don't know if they support old machines.

They have been running behind on orders due to the sewing demands caused by COVID-19.  Call their toll free number.  They won't answer emails according to the last response I had from them where I had emailed a question to them. You eventually get an email that you need to call for any assistance.

I have used singeronline.com without any issues a couple of years ago for my 211G166.  Have you contacted them?
