Dear Friends

I have an old PFAFF 145, which is a H2.

Anyone here with experience in making it to a H3.

Cheers

You will need different parts.  going form 7mm lift tp 11mm lift.  I know you want geniune  Pfaff parts.  You may not have a choice.

Hi Shoepatcher

I am wondering, if the only thing, that need to be changed is the eccentric in the front part of the machine?

Cheers

The only way to tell would be from an older Pfaff parts list.  I am not sure what all was changed.

sometimes it can be a simple part like a different foot lift lever or just setting of certain parts but I don´t know the Pfaff details.
