New sheath

This is the first time I've done a double row saddle stitch.  Hopefully it turned out correct.  Thoughts?

Personally I like it.  Might be the camera angle, but it looks as if your stitching rows come closer together as they go from the tip to the mouth of the sheath, though.  If that's just camera distortion, tell me to go jump in the lake.

No lake jumping !! They actually start out a little closer at the mouth of sheath. Didn't look like it when I started...it did turn out some at the bottom.

Well, at least my old eyes aren't failin' me!   Just my opinion, but running double rows of stitches look a lot better when they are the same distance apart from start to end.  To tell the truth, that's one of the reasons I haven't tried any double-row work myself.  Not sure I could pull it off.  Still doesn't mean it isn't a good looking sheath.

Hi

I would start your stitching at the top of the Sheath so that those two lines match up.  It's too easy to see the difference, and commonly a difference is seen as a mistake.  This "mistake" won't impact the strength of the sheath so I'd argue it isn't a mistake.

Thanks Mike!  It is through the welt the whole length. I haven't been doing this very long. Each time they get better.
