Members alpinelite Posted January 4, 2021 Members Report Posted January 4, 2021 Hello, this has been probably covered but cant find the threads so asking....what one needs to convert OLD pfaff 335 into binder. My idea is to use flatbed machine for sewing and convert my old 335 into binding machine to use with 2cm binding tape without fold. What do I need to buy to swap out? Are there any complete binding Kits available online in Europe? Thanks Quote
Uwe Posted January 4, 2021 Report Posted January 4, 2021 The Pfaff 335 binding kits are readily available on Ebay. Since they come from China, they likely ship to Slovenia. Here’s one example: https://www.ebay.com/itm/1SET-With-Binder-and-gauge-set-Complete-Binding-Attaching-fit-for-PFAFF-335-/152962537273?_trksid=p2349624.m46890.l49292 This picture from the Ebay listing shows everything you need to do binding on your Pfaff 335. Members Constabulary Posted January 4, 2021 Members Report Posted January 4, 2021 That would have been my suggestion too. But if you want to or have to buy in Europe check with College Sewing: https://www.college-sewing.co.uk/parts-by-machine/pfaff-sewing-machine-parts/pfaff-335-sewing-machine-parts Quote ~ Keep "OLD CAST IRON" alive - it´s worth it ~ Machines in use: - Singer 111G156 - Singer 307G2 - Singer 29K71 - Singer 212G141 - Singer 45D91 - Singer 132K6 - Singer 108W20 - Singer 51WSV2 - Singer 143W2
