Looking for identification of leather punch

Hello all, in a leather workshop in Belgium I discovered some old leather working tools and I'm looking to identify a series of (what I believe) leather punches with initials.
The initials are very elegant and it seems to be the letter L inside the letter O.

I found several other punches from Blanchard and Mayer & Flamery from Paris, and I'm looking forward to getting to know more about this precious collection!

any ideas who the manufacturer might be? the second picture shows the initials

Maybe you can rub some chalk across the mark and wipe the surface off so we can see what the mark is.  Black on black is hard to discern.
