cobblerman Report post Posted January 9, 2021 I have a brand new 1541S and was setting it up watching a video a (very helpful) I have no tension on my spring feed. I went ahead an finished setting it up. It sews fine but the bottom stitch looks odd. I am an experienced sewer with several leather machines. kgg Report post Posted January 9, 2021 I do have a Juki DNU-1541S and am not quite sure what you are calling a "spring feed". A few photos of your spring feed and complete thread path would be very helpful in getting the problem sorted out.
