Juki DSC 246 walking foot sewing machine, walking foot contacting feed dog

Hello All,

              Can some one please guide he how i can adjust the height of walking foot bar,i bought this machine as used,it was very dirty and oily(but it turns and stitch) so i decide to remove and clean the parts, now i have every thing back together, it turns fine as long there is no presser foot on it but when i install the presser foot it get contacted with the feed dog,does any one have engineering repair manual for Juki DSC246 please help me.

Hello All,

              I been working on my machine but no luck i can not fix the stitching problem Kgg send me some manuals, is anybody worked on these machines please help me, now all of my settings are off machine turns but little hard to turn,stitching still very very small on long stitch settings..

You better post pictures of your machine or a video. Reg. short stitch - any chance the reverse lever is stuck in a certain position?

Hello Constabulary,

                                Thanks for your reply, i did try with the reverse lever all the down,stitch look good then i try to run the machine when lever all the way up stitch was very nice and leather feed through,now i know some settings are off on reverse feed lever,if you have any better idea to fix it please let me know.

sorry no other ideas but as I said a video and some pictures may help. Maybe someone else notice something
