I assume you haven´t yet looked into the manual, right?

Hello all, having trouble with my LU2-410 machine breaking the thread. Couldn't get much help from the manual. I have finished the back seat of my car, but now working on the front seat can't seem to go even 1 inch without it breaking. Have tried a different spool of thread, adjusting tension all over the board with no help. Can anyone offer any help please. Thanks, Bob

Threading industrial sewing machines is basically the same. If your manual is bad look for a manual for similar machines with a similar thread tension unit. It´s not crazy different - really. Once you understood the threading you basically can thread all machines.

The problem also could be the needle hook timing.
