Weaver master tools hand operated strap cutter and Cobra burnisher.

I have a Weaver strap cutter and a Cobra burnisher for sale. Both work great, I just don't need them anymore. I have the blades and spacers to cut 1 1/2" and 3/4" straps. Asking $1000 for the strap cutter and $400 for the burnisher. Im also open to trades. The strap cutter does not come with the pedestal. Pick up in Martinez Ca.
