Thescandall Report post Posted March 3, 2022 I'm super surprised by the versitility of this 5100 from 277 in 2 10 oz veg tanned layers to # 69 and # 19 needle thru 2 3oz. veg. and i literally had no adjustments to do. the knot is in the middle and it sews like a dream. also that narrow needle plate and dog are allowing me to sew even the bigger thread right up to the edge. if i was to go any closer i would have a blow out on the side. happy camper..
